Sosem szerettem a babonát. Sok ehhez kötődő cuccot nem is ismerek, viszont a(z állítólag) szerencsétlenséggel körülvett 13-as számot igen.
Kb így hangzott: "Mások számára a 13-as szám rosszat jelent, neked viszont épp ellenkezőleg. Do not fear, best wishes!
Vagyis eddig a legjobb.

I never liked superstitions. I don't even know many things related to this topic, but I do know the number 13, (supposedly) surrounded by misfortune.
One or two years ago I got a mail from a friend. It sounded pretty much like this: "For others the number 13 might mean something bad, but for you it's the exact opposite. Do not fear, best wishes!" Of course this was more like an optimist encouragement, and I don't think he was too serious about this. Not even because of the mail, but because of my choices and God's work did this year turn out this way.
Which means: the best so far.
On New Year's eve I decided that I'll repent this year, even if it will be hard. I wanted to repent once already, in 7th grade, but my only, completely atheist friend and my passive surroundings made me change my mind. But now I saw that this isn't something I could postpone. I din't feel exactly then that I could open my heart to Jesus (I hope I used the right expression...) , but I decided that I'll certainly do this within a year.
Since God forgave me, I could forgive my dad, and so the atmosphere in my family which tortured me for years is back to normal. I can love, I'm nicer, braver, and more open to new things. I'm free.
The only thing I have to do: to have faith. Not in myself, but in God. It's not always easy. But He doesn't leave me. "For I am certain that not death, or life, or angels, or rulers, or things present, or things to come, or powers, Or things on high, or things under the earth, or anything which is made, will be able to come between us and the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8: 38-39)
And it's not over yet! So many things can still happen! :)
I often think that numbers have a particular importance, but this year is my proof that, even if sometimes it seems so, they don't have any relationship with the development of the events.
